By retaining the services of Zenu Web Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form the base framework governing all site design, custom layouts, full-stack configurations, database hookups, and hosting management.
Scope, timelines, and deliverables are specified inside project proposal documents. Any request that falls outside of this scope is subject to a separate estimation at my hourly rate or defined fixed milestones.
Upon full final payment, all custom design files, code assets, database setups, and assets compiled for your website are transferred to your ownership. Zenu Web Studio retains the right to display design screenshots in work portfolios.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
